  • After mixing all the ingredients, pour the liquid into a jar or another container.
  • Finally, let it to cool to solidify.

  • a bunch of lavender flowers (15 g)
  • a cup of sweet almond oil (100 ml)
  • 1½ tbsp. of liquid Vaseline (25 ml)
  • 1½ tbsp. of cocoa butter (25 g)
  • 100 ml container or jar with a lid

Instructions:

  • In a glass jar, mix the sweet almond oil with the lavender flowers to create an herbal infusion in the oil.
  • Seal the jar and let it to sit for two or three weeks in a cool, dark place.
  • Once the time has passed, strain the mixture to remove the flowers.
  • Melt the Vaseline and the cocoa butter in a Bain Marie.
  • Once they are liquid, allow them to rest at room temperature.
  • Add the lavender oil and process with a hand blender for a couple of minutes.
  • Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, pour the mixture into a jar. The diy hand cream is now ready for use.

Moisturizing and Regenerating Cream

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. of sweet almond oil (45 ml)
  • 3 tbsp. of aloe vera gel (45 g)
  • 2 tbsp. of beeswax (30 g)
  • 2 tbsp. of cocoa butter (30 g)
  • 3 drops of aloe vera aromatic essential oil
  • 6 drops of vitamin E

Instructions:

  • Put the sweet almond oil, beeswax, cocoa butter, and vitamin E in a container.
  • Heat them in a Bain Marie until they have completely melted.
  • Let the mixture to cool down and wait for it to solidify.
  • Using a blender, gradually add the aloe vera gel.
  • Finally, pour 3 drops of aloe vera essential oil into the mixture and process until you have a smooth consistency.
  • The cream is now ready to use.

Solid Moisturizing Creams

This diy hand cream recipe is perfect for moisturizing cracked hands or feet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. of coconut oil (30 ml)
  • 2 tbsp. of beeswax (30 g)
  • 5 to 8 drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

  • Add the coconut oil and beeswax together in a container.
  • Heat both ingredients until they completely liquefy and add 5 to 8 drops of lavender essential oil.
  • Once you have a homogeneous mix, pour the liquid into some silicon molds.
  • Let them solidify and then remove them from the molds.

NOTE: You can seal these pieces of cream in small plastic bags to keep them for longer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. of shea butter (15 g)
  • 2 tbsp. of cocoa butter (30 g)
  • 1 tbsp. of beeswax (15 g)
  • 5 to 8 drops of vanilla essence

Preparation:

  • Just like the previous recipe, melt the ingredients in a Bain Marie.
  • Once melted, add 5 to 8 drops of vanilla essence, mix well, and pour the mixture into some silicon molds.
  • Once solid, you can remove them from the molds and store in a cool place.
