  • Heat the water. When it boils, add the chamomile flowers.
  • Let it steep, strain the liquid, sweeten with honey, and add a little lemon juice before consuming.

5. Lavender essential oil

This plant is ideal for many treatments thanks to its medicinal properties. Some people like to place lavender bouquets on their pillow, because the scent helps them sleep better. You should use lavender essential oil for migraine relief, and it also serves to alleviate other pain.

What should you do?
