  • First, squeeze two lemons.
  • By using a cotton ball or a clean gauze pad, massage the lemon juice into your skin for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Aloe vera

Aloe vera gel is used in skin care treatments because it helps regenerate cells while removing dead ones. It’s very useful for stretch marks since it contains vitamins C and E.

How should you use it?

  • Extract the gel from an aloe leaf.
  • Mash the gel until it becomes soft.

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites

How should you use it?

  • Use a fork to beat the egg whites until it becomes foamy.
  • Using a brush or cotton ball, apply the egg white onto your skin to make a mask. Make sure to apply a thick layer.
  • Let it sit for 30 minutes and rinse off with cold water.

5. Olive oil

  • Heat up a good amount of olive oil until warm.

6. Alfalfa

Alfalfa sprouts can be used as a compress to enhance your skin’s appearance and reduce any trace of stretch marks.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)
  • 4 tbsp. of alfalfa sprouts (60 g)

How should you use it?

  • Put the water and alfalfa sprouts in a pot and bring to a boil to extract the sprouts’ properties.
  • Remove the sprouts from the water and let it cool.
  • Using a bandage, apply to the skin and let it sit for an hour.

Notes

Remember, the results won’t be noticeable right away. You will have to use these remedies over a prolonged period of time in order to see any progress. Make sure to have a healthy diet to treat stretch marks. It’s important to remember that a balanced diet can prevent sudden weight changes.

Exercise also plays a role in reducing skin conditions, but it should be done in moderation. Excessive exercise can lead to the sudden appearance of small stretch marks.
